sex Therapy & Relationship Counseling
"The path of reclaiming the wounded erotic is neither placid nor boring. It is full of dizzying precipices, heady moments of release, crushing assaults of shame. But at its core is the real fire.... that blazing and untarnished aliveness that lies within everything of value and spirit that we do. Right here in our bodies, in our defense of our right to experience joy, in the refusal to abandon the place where we have been most completely invaded and colonized.... here where we have been most shamed is one of the most radical and sacred places from which to transform the world.”

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, specializing in trauma, sex, gender, and relationships with LGBTQIA2S+ communities, and I welcome folks of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship constellations. My approach interweaves present-moment awareness of self & relationship via mindfulness, somatics, and attachment-based modalities, through the fabric of the therapeutic relationship.
My work is informed by a reverence for erotic wisdom, sexual & relational diversity, and the significance of relationships in our lives. I work in attendance to interconnection: relationship to oneself, intimate and community relationships, and relationships to all that may support and guide each of one of my clients. My clients often reach for support when they are finding themselves lost, out of control, or stuck in deeply painful patterns, navigating immense change and transition, or wanting to cultivate more capacity for joy and pleasure, and I arrive alongside of my clients with caring attention to the specificities of their experiences and their intentions for therapy.
Talking together is powerful, and to more fully inhabit our capacity for choice in the places we get stuck, we can invite expanded awareness of the bodymind, befriending the natural intelligence and learning to move with it rather than against it. The shifts available within embodied awareness can profoundly ripple out to into our intimate and community relationships, shaping change around us. I am here to be a steady companion alongside my clients in this process, always prioritizing their wellbeing and right to self-determination at all times. I use modalities that I have experience with doing my own deep personal and relational work in, and these journeys of mine are ongoing.
